New Delhi: Concerto Software Inc, a customer interaction provider (CIM) provider has been named Most Innovative CIM Solution Provider by Business Management Asia (BMA) magazine according to an official press release.

BMA's research team in the UK, Australia and China carefully constructed the selection criteria for the Innovation Awards 2002. Companies from various industries, including e-business, business intelligence, customer relationship management, broadband/telecommunications, enterprise storage and corporate travel, were considered for nomination, the release said.

BMA Magazine asked its readers, to nominate the most progressive and talented companies in four categories that reflect Asia’s unique, diverse industrial profile: technology application, marketing & branding, recruitment & resources and growth & expansion. 25 regional, national and international companies were nominated in various categories, and Concerto was selected as Most Innovative CIM Solution Provider, the press release added.
