Mumbai: Concerto Software, a provider of customer interaction management (CIM)
solutions, on June 5 announced it has formed a strategic partnership with NetStar
Australia under which NetStar will distribute and implement the entire range of
Concerto solutions throughout Australia, according to an official press release.
This partnership provides NetStar access to industry-leading applications that
address the complete range of customer interaction requirements from general
telephony, predictive dialling, in-bound and out-bound call blending to
sophisticated web interactions, universal queuing and skills-based routing, the
release said.
"This partnership will benefit Concerto and NetStar by increasing the visibility of
both companies among top-tier businesses, particularly in the competitive financial
services industry," Concerto regional manager (Australia) Rob Carnell said.
"By establishing relationships with companies like NetStar, Concerto strengthens its
market presence and its ability to increase market share in Asia Pacific," he
added.
“Concerto’s impressive line of products is deeply rooted in the contact centre and
nicely complements our core infrastructure offerings,” NetStar convergent general
manager Bruce Kirchners said.
