PwC, Sun Microsystems ink pact on CRM solutions

Bangalore: PricewaterhouseCoopers, India (PwC) and Sun Microsystems India Pvt Ltd have formed an alliance to provide customer relationship management (CRM) solutions to Indian companies.

The tie-up in India is an extension of PwC and Sun's global alliance to jointly deliver end-to-end cross-industry solutions to address critical business function, a Sun statement said.

The alliance will capitalise on the respective strengths of the two organisations and deliver differentiated services to Global 2000 enterprises, it said.

The India plan, the statement said, will include setting up a CRM Lab, which will provide Proof of concepts for qualified prospects as well as aid in identifying the business process paradigms for an effective CRM deployment.

PwC is one of the world's leading professional services firm and CRM consulting services provider, globally as well as in India. Sun is a leading provider of industrial-strength hardware and software worldwide.
