Tata Communications CFO Rajiv Dhar resigns

Mumbai: Telecom services provider Tata Communications today said its Chief Financial Officer Rajiv Dhar has resigned from the company, effective from November 28.

Dhar will be taking on a Group CFO position with a company based in the Middle-East, a release said here.

Dhar has served as the Tata Group company s CFO since 2005.

Tata Communications Managing Director and CEO N Srinath said, "Rajiv has played an important role in Tata Communications growth in the last few years...we wish Rajiv all the very best in his new assignment."

As an interim arrangement until the appointment of a new CFO, the finance function will be directly handled by the Managing Director and CEO, the release said.
