Mumbai: The Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd (IDBI), a leading financial services firm, has changed its name to IDBI Bank Ltd from Wednesday.

The bank made the announcement here following the receipt of a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.
