MP govt plans Agriculture Science Fair

Bhopal: With a view to apprise farmers about the latest scientific techniques, the Madhya Pradesh government will be organising an agriculture science fair at Ratauna centre here in the last week of May.

At least ten farmers would be selected from every village of the district and will brought to the fair to impart training on the latest techniques, an official release issued here stated.

As many as 50 stalls would be erected at the fair by different government departments as well as private sector at the agricultural progress and farmers welfare exhibition.

The stalls at the exhibition would be erected by MP Agro, Cooperative, Animal Husbandry, Health among others, apart from Sarvashiksha Abhiyan, and local Krishi Upaj Mandi, the release added.
