Mumbai: IT major Rolta India today announced the appointment of Preetha Pulusani as its joint managing director.

Her appointment comes into effect from March 1, a press release issued here stated.

Pulusani will be located at the Mumbai headquarters of the company and will provide leadership for the enterprise information and communication technology business segment of the company, the release said.

Pulusani was with Intergragh Corporation for over 25 years at various senior management positions. She has also served as CEO and President of AdeptMedia Corporation, an Alabama-based marketing technology firm.
