Chandigarh: With an aim to provide travel and tourism companies a platform to showcase their products, a three-day annual international exhibition on travel and tourism will commence here on Feberuary 23.

The event is being organised by India Travel Mart (ITM). "The mart is coming up with varieties of special and affordable hotel, travel and tour holiday packages and participants will be showcasing their products on pilgrimage tourism, adventure tourism, eco tourism, health tourism etc," ITM, Managing Director, Ajay Gupta told reporters here today.

About 60 domestic firms from across the country would participate in this event. Prominent participants in this event would be Tourism Malasyia, Dubai Tourism, Uttrakhand Tourism, Himachal tourism, Goa tourism, Karnataka State Tourism Deveopment Corporation, Kerala Tourism Development Corporation and Indian Railways.
