Bangalore: Canara Bank, a leading Nationalised Bank has effected a reduction in BPLR by 25 basis points with effect from Feb 25.
This reduction is in addition to the one effected last week by 25 basis points.
The present reduction in effect brings down the Benchmark PLR of the Bank from 13.25 per cent to 12.75 per cent in less than a fortnight, the bank said in a press release here.
