Chennai: City-based Technology operations management services provider, Cybernet Slash Support (CSS) today announced the setting up of a near shore tech facility at Wroclaw, Poland.
This is the company's first facility in Europe and comes close on the heels of its marketing expansion into the Netherlands. A company press release said here that as part of the expansion, CSS planned to hire 100 technical support professionals in the next six months. Initially, the Poland facility would provide multi-lingual technical support to two global players in the telecom space, it said.
"The current expansion is a result of our strategic decision to target the growing European Outsourcing market. We selected Poland as there is a large technical talent pool with multi-lingual capability. Besides, it has government support to new investments and a long term investment friendly policy," CSS co-founder and CEO Shiva Ramani said.
