MRPL hands over Rs one lakh to MESCOM

Mangalore: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd, (MRPL), an ONGC group company, has come forward to help in mitigating the acute drinking water problem at Chelairu Rehabilitation colony by handing over Rs one lakh to Mangalore Electricity Supply Company Ltd (MESCOM).

The MRPL, in a press release here yesterday, said the amount has been given to MESCOM by way of deposit money to instal a 10 kw pump acquired by the villagers for drawing water.
