BPTP, HDFC tie-up for group housing project

New Delhi: Delhi-based realty firm BPTP on Saturday tied up with HDFC bank, under which latter will provide home loans to investors for group housing project at Faridabad.

The loan will be disbursed on an interest rate with 24 months interest-free period.

HDFC would grant loan to the extent of 90 per cent of the apartment cost to the purchaser, a company statement said.

The first EMI would be payable only after two years from the date of disbursement of the loan.

The project is also likely to be completed over the next two years and as such, the buyer would be ready to move in before the commencement of loan repayment schedule.

This facility would be made available to the buyers from September 22 to September 24. BPTP Parklands is spread over 1000 acres.
